Yepp Maxi: Highest ranking in test

Danish consumer organization Taenk has performed an extensive test on the 5 most popular bike seats in Denmark. In the March 2012 edition of Taenk the results have been published.
The test results confirmed the highest ranking score for the Yepp Maxi and being judged to be the best bicycle child seat.
In particular the overall stability, 5-points safety-harness, user friendly mounting, the extra safety features and durable locking have contributed to the highest score.
Next to the Yepp Maxi the Polisport Bilby, the OK Baby Bodyguard, the Bobike Maxi and the Hamax Kiss were put to the test.
All seats were assessed on aspects as durability & safety (50% score), ease of use (20% score), ergonomics (score 20%) and correct marking and clear manuals.
The summary reads that the Yepp Maxi is a good, stable and safe bicycle child seat!
